Reporting to the VP EMEA Marketing and an active member of the Marketing and Consumer Leadership Teams, this role is responsible for the direction, development and execution of strategic plans to maximise profitable growth for the region. This role owns the overall Innovation Long Term Plan (LTP) and annual budget, Regional Strategic Long-term Planning Process, regionally scoped strategic projects across LTP Growth Platforms, the strategic management of regional consumer resources, and oversees the execution of growth and cost out projects through the commercialisation team. The role is also a key people leader, accountable for the development, engagement & management of 20 team members in the market and contributing to the overall succession planning for EMEA Marketing.
