We're looking for a Senior Digital Media Officer to play a pivotal role in how we communicate, engage, and connect with our people, our partners, and the wider health and care system.
This is a high impact, hands on digital role for someone who combines strong technical expertise with creativity, sound judgement, and the confidence to advise and influence at senior level.
Location: Contractually office-based at Ty Dysgu, Nantgarw. However, current working arrangement operates on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Arrangement is subject to review and may change in line with organisational requirements.
As Senior Digital Media Officer, you'll lead the day to day management and development of HEIW's digital channels, including our bilingual websites, intranet, and social media platforms.
You’ll ensure content is clear, accessible, engaging, bilingual, and aligned to organisational priorities, while continually improving quality, performance, and user experience.
Working closely with colleagues across Communications, Digital and Data, the wider organisation, and external suppliers, you’ll deliver joined up digital campaigns, high‑quality content, and measurable impact.
The role also includes professional leadership, with day‑to‑day support to colleagues and deputising for senior managers when required.
