Overview

Senior Digital Marketing Manager - SaaS Technology. Farnborough, Hampshire, Surrey Borders (Hybrid - circa 1 day per week onsite). Circa £55-£60K salary (neg) + full benefits package. Applause IT are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns for a growing B2B SaaS technology division of a major UK Business Process Outsourcing and Technology PLC.

In this role, you'll take ownership of digital strategy, brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple channels. You'll manage SEO, PPC, social, email and website optimisation, using HubSpot as your central platform for automation, lead nurturing and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver digital marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, social and email.
  • Plan, manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns.
  • Oversee website updates, CRO and SEO improvements.
  • Manage external PPC/SEO partners.
  • Use HubSpot, Salesforce and analytics tools to track performance and ROI.
  • Support sales with content, campaigns and lead generation.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years' digital marketing experience (B2B / SaaS technology background preferred).
  • Strong skills in digital marketing including SEO, PPC, email, social and campaign management and WordPress.
  • HubSpot CRM experience (automation, workflows, reporting).
  • Proven record of delivering results against KPIs and reporting on ROI.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
