A leading health and wellness company in South Oxfordshire seeks a Senior Digital Experience Manager to transform its digital ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead various digital initiatives, manage online experiences, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer engagement. As Senior Digital Experience Manager, you’ll lead and transform Ella’s Kitchen’s digital ecosystem across the UK and ATW. This role isn’t about keeping the lights on – it’s about sparking new ideas, driving change, and creating brilliant digital experiences.
You’ll own and evolve our digital touchpoints – including websites, app, loyalty programme, PPC and eCRM – working collaboratively with brand, marketing and sales teams to drive engagement, performance and growth. Your mission: help us get them, keep them and make them shout, while always staying Kids First.
Please note: this role supports ecommerce sales performance but does not carry direct responsibility for sales targets, stock management or fulfilment.
You’ll be a strategic, data‑driven digital leader with a hands‑on mindset and a passion for purpose‑driven brands. You’re confident driving change, influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable improvements.
