Overview

Senior or Diagnostic Technician - Top Salary, 4 on 4 off. 12 days holiday for 4 days off. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking and expanding client with a well-established Diagnostic team. The role involves supporting a growing portfolio across multiple brands in a large, busy workshop.

This position offers a fixed salary with no bonuses, a cohesive workshop environment, and opportunities to share knowledge and learn across brands.

Responsibilities
  • Cover many different brands to support and mentor less experienced team members in a large workshop.
  • Perform car repairs and servicing when diagnostic work is not available.
  • Work a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 6 am to 6 pm.
  • Maintain a well-organised, stable team environment with a positive atmosphere.
  • Operate within a workshop that does not require direct interaction with customers.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Diagnostic Technician experience (and related listed roles such as Panel Beater, Bodyshop Technician, Vehicle Painter, SMART Repairer, Vehicle Inspector, etc.)
  • Willingness to work across all makes and models; ability to specialise in a brand or work across multiple brands
  • Strong teamwork and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues

  • Salary up to £43,200 depending on experience (fixed, with no sign-on bonus)
  • PAYE, holiday, pension, and uniform provided
  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern; 6 am – 6 pm
