A leading oncology center in the City of Westminster is seeking a Senior Diagnostic Radiographer specializing in mammography and CT. The successful candidate will collaborate with clinicians and radiologists, demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates must hold a postgraduate certificate in mammography, with CT experience as a bonus. The post holder will be expected to be flexible in their approach.The post holder will work as part of the senior radiographer team liaising with Radiologists and clinicians in charge of a patient. They will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team liaising with clinical nurse specialists, staff at other radiology sites and other departmental staff. They will also liaise with internal and external agencies.It is essential that the post holder has post graduate experience in mammography. CT experience would be desirable. This post requires good analytical, organisational, communication and computer skills. The key working relationships will be with other radiographers, superintendent radiographers on all radiology sites, radiology clerical and admin staff, clinical scientists, consultant radiologists and clinical referrers.
We are currently inviting applications from enthusiastic radiographers for a senior diagnostic radiographer post (mammography and CT) for our Cavendish Square site in central London. The successful candidate will rotate between mammography and CT. The successful candidate will hold a postgraduate certificate in mammography. CT training can be provided where required.
