About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting secure, efficient, and scalable systems. You will work closely with multi-skilled feature teams to :

  • Develop, test, deploy, release, operate, and monitor software products.
  • Design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build and operate shared platform services for deployment, operation, and monitoring.
  • Create infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Deploy and operate products in AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments.
  • Support teams in adopting and optimising shared platform services.
About You
  • You’ll enjoy working on complex and varied projects, and you’ll have a proactive, can‑do attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
Essential Experience
  • Building and deploying secure products using modern technology and patterns.
  • Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure concepts and services.
  • Designing and running reliable, scalable shared solutions.
  • Working across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Delivering in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders.
Desirable (not essential)
  • Experience or certifications in: GitLab, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Packer, Vault, Serverless, Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Artifactory, Nexus.
