WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Strategic Enablement Lab Team within our Colleague Channels Platform in Halifax. This greenfield engineering-focused lab team was recently stood up to build new applications that benefit not just our 20 million mobile banking customers, but our internal teams as well. Alongside a collaborative team, you will work closely with product teams to support new applications on the route to go-live.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will hold accountability for design, implementation, maintenance and support of DevOps pipelines, tooling/automation to shape how we deliver code to customers and colleagues. This will include recommending the right pipeline and tooling choices appropriate for their Strategic Enablement Lab Team accountabilities, in line with Lloyds Banking Group Strategy.
Our Strategic Enablement Lab team is growing at an ambitious rate, which will create opportunities for the Senior DevOps Engineer to either grow into Line Management or enhance their DevOps skillset even further.
