Senior Development Manager

Salary: up to £105,000 plus package plus bonus
Location: London
Region: London

Prestigious, market leading Developer with an office in central London urgently require a Senior Development Manager to deliver high profile schemes in the London region.

The company brand is synonymous with a quality product and will be working on complicated type schemes that have been acquired unconditionally.

The role is to deliver a high profile mixed use regeneration scheme that contains over 2500 units within London.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience of delivering these large, high quality schemes from start to finish.

You will take ownership of this and other schemes and be responsible for its effective delivery throughout all stages of the development process. Planning experience, design experience as you would expect is a must and a track record of delivering such schemes.

The company concerned promotes on merit and you can expect a clear route to Development Director or Head of Development as this scheme is driven through the front end.
