Description
Join the growing London Design team at Tétris as a Senior Interior Designer. We’re looking for someone with strong experience in workplace design — a confident, self-motivated designer who sees design as a vocation and is ready to step into a senior role within a global organisation. You’ll lead high-quality, story-led projects across the professional services sector, helping to shape how our clients think about space, experience, and performance. You’ll bring excellent presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interpret client needs and communicate ideas clearly. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be actively involved in projects from pitch through to delivery, with the credibility and clarity to lead conversations at all levels. As a senior team member, you’ll also help shape a positive and inspiring design culture, supporting less experienced designers and collaborating closely with colleagues across Tétris, JLL, and our wider consultant and supplier network.
Our talents are at the heart of our group's performance and development. It is thanks to the professionalism, commitment and team spirit of each individual that we maintain the trust of our client’s day after day and are proud to be the leader in the commercial property market today.
We believe that our corporate culture, working environment, management and development opportunities are essential to the development of our talent and the long-term success of our business. You\'ll find the autonomy and responsibility you need to thrive in a demanding environment, and managers who are always accessible and focused on developing your skills
