The successful candidate will manage design requirements for a major Stadium Expansion project, ensuring timely delivery of all design-related information. Candidates should have a degree in a construction-related discipline and a minimum of six years' industry experience, particularly with high rise residential projects. This role offers a competitive salary range of £85K to £90K depending on experience, alongside associated packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years' construction industry experience.
• Experience managing design requirements of the tender/project.

Responsibilities

• Manage design consultants and sub consultants to ensure timely delivery of design information.
• Chair and minute Design meetings, ensuring production of information for the design.

Skills

High rise residential experience

Understanding of different Client procurement routes

Commercial awareness

Experience of working at pre-construction stage

Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Positioning for alternatives in materials
