You will be the founding leader of Apollo’s delivery capability, shaping an agile, product-led culture that helps teams collaborate, focus on outcomes, experiment, and learn at pace. Working closely with Product Leads and senior stakeholders, you will own portfolio-level governance, translate OKRs into quarterly delivery plans, and ensure delivery is transparent, explainable, and aligned to value. You will coach and line‑manage Delivery Managers and Business Change Managers, embedding practices that make delivery a trusted, enabling force across Digital Solutions.
