• Designing and evaluating A/B tests and quasi-experiments.
• Building and deploying production‑grade models with strong observability.
• Mentoring senior and mid-level data scientists.
• Advising stakeholders on trade‑offs between rigour and business value.
• Identifying future high-value data science use cases.
