A digital transformation company in London is seeking a Senior Data Insurance Analyst to help convert complex data into actionable insights. This role involves analyzing large datasets, collaborating with various teams, and providing data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the insurance industry and strong analytical skills. The position supports a hybrid work model, ensuring a balance between office and remote work.

For this role, you need to be based in London and available to go to the office twice a week.

As a Senior Data Insurance Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex insurance data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions and improve business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—includin g underwriting, claims, finance, and product development—to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. This role requires a blend of advanced analytical expertise, insurance industry knowledge, and strong communication skills to deliver insights that drive growth, efficiency, and risk management.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, performing predictive and trend analyses, and ensuring data quality and integrity across multiple sources. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance underwriting accuracy, claims efficiency, and customer experience.
