Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• At least 3–5 years on large-scale commercial or critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in procurement and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all quantity surveying functions for the data centre project.
• Prepare cost plans, feasibility studies, and tender estimates.
• Manage variation/change orders and extension of time claims.
