Who You Will Work With

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.

As a consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What you'll do:

• Define and implement data governance frameworks, ownership models, domain classifications, and data quality standards across CRM and client data.
• Oversee MDM solution selection and implementation for client matching and entity resolution, while supporting RFPs for MDM tools and related technologies.
• Coordinate integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Informatica.
• Drive, support and coach the implementation of data quality management processes, exceptions and development of the operating model.
• Develop data solution requirements and documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, and support adoption of the Data Management Framework.
• Support and develop the strategic data model (ECM) while ensuring project elements alignment and coached to adopt DMF (Data Management Framework) in Data Cloud and ECM and in other parts of the project
• Influence and manage cross-functional relationships across teams while communicating complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support change management and adoption of data governance and MDM, driving delivery of ECM solutions, governance frameworks, and DMF benefits.

What you bring:

• Extensive financial services experience, proven MDM development and implementation
• Delivery of large-scale data governance, and experience working with Chief Data Office
• Hands-on data modelling and metrics, stakeholder management in complex organizations.
• Familiarity and experience with Salesforce CRM/Data Cloud, Snowflake, Informatica, MDM tools
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, data retention, financial compliance)
• Skilled at influencing and communicating complex ideas, with strategic focus, hands‑on execution, and rapid relationship‑building
• Asset management experience and exposure to marketing and client pipeline management in data solutions is desirable
