CPC are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Preston Lancashire. In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers helping to resolve queries, process orders and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams by:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with care and efficiency
  • Managing order tracking invoicing returns and discrepancies
  • Supporting the sales team with quotes, stock queries and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our processes and customer experience
  • Ensuring customer complaints are handled fairly quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with peers and contributing to a positive team environment
Additional duties:
  • Processing customer returns.
  • Managing credit card and PayPal authorisations.
  • Assessing orders for fraudulent activity.
