A growing manufacturing company in Thame is seeking a Senior Customer Account Manager to lead a team of Account Managers. The role involves overseeing customer orders, driving efficiency, and improving internal processes. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience and a background in customer account management within the manufacturing sector. This position offers a salary between £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience.

Onsite working, Hours are: 8am – 4.30pm Mon – Thursday, 8am – 2pm on Fridays!
We are going through a period of continued growth; to support this expansion, we are seeking a Senior Customer Account Manager to lead and develop our Account Management team.
This newly created role will provide leadership to a team of five Account Managers, who oversee the administration and management of customer orders from receipt through to despatch and invoicing. The Senior Customer Account Manager will ensure excellent customer service, strengthen internal processes, and help drive efficiency across the business.
The appointed Senior Customer Account Manager will have the opportunity to shape and grow a new role within a fast-growing business with plenty of scope for process improvement and System enhancement.
