Onsite working, Hours are: 8am 4.30pm Mon Thursday, 8am 2pm on Fridays!
We are going through a period of continued growth; to support this expansion, we are seeking a Senior Customer Account Manager to lead and develop our Account Management team.
This newly created role will provide leadership to a team of five Account Managers, who oversee the administration and management of customer orders from receipt through to despatch and invoicing. The Senior Customer Account Manager will ensure excellent customer service, strengthen internal processes, and help drive efficiency across the business.
The appointed Senior Customer Account Manager will have the opportunity to shape and grow a new role within a fast-growing business with plenty of scope for process improvement and System enhancement.
