Senior CRM Executive

Redditch

My client is a household name in retail looking for a brand-new Senior CRM Executive to join their Group Loyalty CRM team. They are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 alongside a bonus and some great benefits. You will work 1 day a week in their freshly refurbished Redditch head office, receiving industry leading training.

You will assist in creating all Loyalty email communications, working with the wider loyalty team to design and build campaigns from initial concept through execution. You will use the latest innovation and technology to create dynamic and highly personalised campaigns efficiently. You will use segmentation techniques to select audiences to target emails to the right customers, ensuring that customers receive appropriate levels of contact.

You will need experience working in a similar role with great knowledge and hands on experience. You will have great attention to detail and take responsibility for the accuracy of your work. You will have good numeracy skills with strong analytical capabilities and a strong data mindset. You will love working in a great team, collaborating effectively.
