As well as already owning a portfolio of HVDC Interconnectors, we’re working on developing new projects to ensure that we are able to meet the UK’s future demands for greener energy solutions.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Contract Analyst on a 15 month maternity cover contract (plus potential extension) to report into the Senior Contract and Commercial Manager and Contract Team Manager.
As a Senior Contract Support Analyst, you will work within the UJV Operations team within National Grid Interconnectors and will be responsible for ensuring we have contracts in place with our supply chain, and suppliers are ready to deliver our operational requirements.
Within the role you will be responsible for a portfolio to ensure we effectively manage the supply chain for our stakeholders, ensuring the right contracting approach is followed for the requirements, mitigating business risks. Working with a variety of stakeholders and suppliers to deliver the business objectives you will also be supporting the wider contract management team.
You will have a basic knowledge and understanding of general contract management, identifying commercial risks, monitoring compliance and supplier relationship management.
This role is based from Warwick and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.
A competitive salary between £42,781.00 - £50,738.50 per annum – dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.
National Grid is pioneering ways to decarbonise the energy system; from building interconnectors to allow the UK to share clean energy with our neighbours in Europe, to investing in renewable energy generation in the United States.

This role closes on 26th January 2026 at 23:59, however we encourage candidates to submit their application as early as possible and not wait until the published closing date as this can vary.
