These are just a few of the challenges a Senior Content Designer will work on as part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Right now we move £6 billion every month for over 12 million people. But we're only 2% done — because people without borders deserve money without borders.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be working with the cross‑functional teams that make up Grow — a squad that’s rethinking how people can earn a return on all of their money, no matter the currency, goal or risk appetite.

In this role, you’ll focus on helping Wise customers earn a return on their money in all the currencies they use. It might be on their current account, the money they’re saving for a holiday, or a long‑term goal. You’ll invest time in deeply understanding our customers and their needs, so that you can design and deliver experiences that make complex processes like choosing an investment product, understanding gains or paying tax easy and effortless.

You'll also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs

Use your expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiences that customers love

Influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer‑centeredness, creativity, and content quality across the squad

Champion the Wise brand and its carefully considered implementation

Work with designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers

This role will give you the opportunity to:

About you:

Accomplished Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world‑class consumer products

Hands‑on experience delivering creative and product content in fast paced, engineering‑led environments

Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross‑functional teams

You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully collaborate in this environment

Familiarity with design processes and experience validating how content solves real customer problems

Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality

Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback

Heads up, this probably isn’t for you if:

Your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, copywriting, journalism or social media — and you have no hands‑on experience of content design or working in UX
