Your Role

We are currently recruiting for Telecoms Construction Manager to become a key member of the team and have competency to deliver and manage all aspects of Telecoms installations, technical assurance, commercial and contract management within the Rail sector.

Your Purpose
  • Coordinate all construction project activities including actions of AtkinsRéalis, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and their representatives.
  • Direct and implement the overall project safety programs and ensure adherence to local and regulatory safety codes.
  • Ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken, and monitor and analyse project safety, cost, schedule and quality performance.
  • Control project expenditures and services and ensure field operations are within the budget.
  • Maintain client relationship. The SCM is the primary contact for client\'s communication with the field activities.
  • Adherence to all AtkinsRéalis construction procedures and processes and any deviation noted and approved by Technical Head of Construction.
  • Coordinate all construction activities to fully support project plans and schedules.
  • Direct the development and implementation of a training program to ensure subordinate personnel receive progressive training to enable them to assume additional responsibilities.
  • Reports to Practice Director for Construction Delivery.
  • To the Project Manager/Director for execution of assigned responsibilities within a project.
