EA Associates are recruiting on behalf of a respected refurbishment and fit out contractor. They are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee a luxury restaurant fit out in the City of London. The project is fast-paced, high value, and requires someone who has delivered similar hospitality schemes before.

The Role

• Manage all site activities and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades, with a particular focus on joinery and detailed finishes.
• Work closely with the client, consultants, and the contractor's own team.
• Take responsibility for the programme and solve problems as they arise.
• Lead and support the site team day to day.
