A leading technology firm located in Greater London is looking for a Compliance Specialist to enhance customer-facing compliance reporting and support strategic objectives. The role involves engaging stakeholders, preparing high-quality reports, and coordinating audits. Ideal candidates will have expertise in compliance frameworks, advanced skills in PowerBI, as well as strong analytical and communication skills, ensuring the company meets its compliance obligations and drives continuous improvement in reporting practices.

The Compliance Specialist is responsible to the Senior Director, Security & Resilience for the collection and analysis of Colt DCS data and the design and production of standardised, high quality customer facing reporting both within the Global Technology & Security (GTS) function and to support strategic stakeholder reporting. They will work with internal and external functions to ensure the analysis, compliance and reporting of customer security requirements and related evidence collection to support the organisation’s strategic objectives and meet external parties reporting obligations.
Operating from Colt DCS’ London office the Compliance Manager will be focused on engaging internal and external stakeholders to identify current and future security and technology reporting requirements and best practise, ensuring GTS continues to meet the increasing reporting obligations required by internal and external interested parties. They will also be responsible for identifying areas where additional reporting can be developed to support business aims, standardise reporting and drive continuous improvement.
