Overview

We\'re recruiting for both our Ryde and Shanklin offices to support our wider community team.

Role: Senior Community Lead based on the Isle of Wight. Your role will be a blend of support, office administrative duties and on-call. Would suit a skilled senior support team member who wants that key regular interaction with people supported as well as other duties. Would also suit a very experienced carer wanting to take that next step in their career with a high level of support and nurturing around them.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £28,080 - £31,200 - determined on experience and skills

5.6 weeks annual leave

1.5 rate on bank holidays if required to work

45p per mile for travel between work locations during working hours and on-call. On-call payment: Based on 1 week in 4 on-call for our community teams - £2520.00 per annum (£210.00 per week of on-call).

This excludes payment for hours worked on-call outside of administrative duties and you will be paid on the hour for extras. There will always be support around you when you are on-call.
