Responsibilities
  • You will take full responsibility for the performance and development of the Commercial Property department, managing a varied and high-quality caseload while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • You will set departmental objectives, oversee workloads, and contribute to strategic planning and operational decisions, ensuring the team delivers excellence across all matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will be a senior Commercial Property Solicitor or Partner with at least 5 years PQE, proven leadership experience, strong commercial awareness, and a client-focused mindset.
