  • Design, deliver and develop engaging blended learning programmes across a range of health and care specialisms.
  • Support curriculum development and contribute to new training solutions.

Core Qualifications
  • A current professional registration (NMC / HCPC / GDC / Social Work / GMC)
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
  • A Level 4 (or higher) teaching, training or assessing qualification
  • Proven experience delivering training across clinical health and care specialisms
  • Strong background in clinical practice (AHP, Nursing, or Social Work)
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver high‑quality blended learning
  • Confidence in using digital tools for training and learning delivery
  • Knowledge of curriculum design, course development and research‑informed practice
  • A genuine passion for developing others and improving care outcomes
Bonus Qualifications
  • Line management or leadership experience
  • A postgraduate qualification in Education, Health or Social Care
  • A Project Management qualification
  • Experience providing clinical supervision or mentoring
