Senior Civil Engineer

Our client, a well-established multidisciplinary Consultancy with over 40 years' experience, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Civil Design Engineer to join their growing team. The company is renowned for delivering high-quality Civil and Structural Engineering design solutions across a diverse range of public and private sector projects. Their portfolio includes residential developments, commercial buildings, education facilities, healthcare, logistics hubs, leisure complexes, and mixed‑use regeneration schemes. With a strong emphasis on innovation and digital delivery, they integrate advanced technologies such as BIM and Revit to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

In this role, you will take the lead on a variety of Civil and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, including highways, drainage, and external works design. You will prepare and oversee detailed Civil designs such as S38, S278, and S104 schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while delivering efficient and sustainable engineering solutions.

As a Chartered or near Chartered Engineer, you will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver coordinated, practical designs. Possessing 5–7 years' relevant experience in Civil Design Engineering you will have strong technical and software expertise and the ability to mentor more junior engineers.
