Join us at Park Road, a warm and welcoming three‑bedroom children’s home located just a stone’s throw from the city centre. Our young residents are full of energy and personality — they love boxing, drama club, theme parks, and shopping trips into town. We’re looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive in a vibrant, activity‑filled environment.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Provide high‑quality care and emotional support in a trauma‑informed, therapeutic setting.
• Help children build brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
• Work within a dedicated team in a 365‑day service, with long shifts (8am–11pm) and sleep‑in nights. Rotas are provided in advance.

• Annual salary: £36,900 (based on £15/hour and 8 sleep‑ins per month; dependent on qualifications).
