A leading public service provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Case Manager to support offender management. As a Senior Case Manager in our Leicester team, this is a key role supporting offender management by ensuring accurate records, effective communication, and the smooth delivery of administrative processes. Working closely with offenders, prison staff, and external agencies, you will manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and act as a specialist administrator within the department. You will report to the OMU Hub Manager and play an active role in driving innovation, supporting training, and embedding new processes and policies.
