This role is for an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant looking to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, observing and reviewing care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues.
The Senior Care Assistant will work alongside care assistants to deliver the highest quality of care to residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalizing care planning needs, assisting and coming up with ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value-driven way.
