Job responsibilities
  • Shift details: 20:00 - 08:00 on a 2 week rolling rota.
  • Support the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, be aware of changes impacting care and care plans, ensure new needs are met, and update written records accordingly.
  • Be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
  • Support residents with their medication requirements.
  • Undertake staff supervisions and support staff with their development where required.
  • Act as a key point of contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and with health and social care professionals, ensuring reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints escalated.
