As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required.

To be successful in this role, you must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes and 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment. You should also have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and a positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
