As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver exceptional personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, innovative, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, contributing to care planning, supporting medication management, and providing supervision and development to the care team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, along with 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment. You should also have the ability to communicate effectively, a positive attitude towards supporting residents and staff, and the flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities.
