A luxury elderly care provider in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver high standards of personal care and support a caring environment. Responsibilities include monitoring resident well-being, supporting medication requirements, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care and 2 years’ experience in a similar setting.

As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.
