Qualifications

Senior Care Assistant – Bedale | £12.50 – £14.01 per hour, weekly pay

Looking to work in care homes temporary – join a dedicated care home team in Bedale as a Senior Care Assistant and enjoy improper pay, flexible shifts and genuine support from your consultant every step of the way. You will need your own car if not local*.

As a Senior Care Assistant in Bedale you will:
  • Lead the team of care assistants they are responsible for and train new staff
  • Have ownership of the care plan, including its creation and delivery
  • Monitor general health and vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure
  • Communicate with families about their relative's progress
  • Deliver activities to stimulate and engage residents
  • Fill in medication reports / Administer medication
  • Assist residents in dressing, washing and using the bathroom
  • Serve meals and assist with feeding when required
