Qualifications

• Registered and licensed to practise with the GMC.
• Eligible for Specialist register, CCT expected within 6 months.
• Evidence of CESR application submission.

Responsibilities

• Lead heart failure clinics and manage heart failure patients.
• Collaborate with Heart Failure nurses and community services.
• Participate in Cath Lab activities for inpatients and outpatients.

Skills

Experience in Heart Failure

Angiogram / pacemaker

Effective team working skills

Proven ability to teach and train others

Time management

Education

MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification

Full registration and a licence to practise with the GMC
