What you'll be doing:

• Own the buying and production process across the full price range
• Collaborate with Design, Merch, and Tech to build commercially sharp collections
• Manage and mentor a talented product team
• Ensure 95% on-time delivery and margin targets are smashed
• Source and negotiate with global suppliers to deliver the best product, on budget
• Trade the department - reacting quickly to wins and misses
