Senior Buyer position based at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall on a hybrid working model (3 days a week in the office). You will shape and deliver the strategy to enable positive performance on sales and margin targets, manage resources and budget effectively, and coach and lead a team to achieve goals. You will drive effective range developments, product development and explore new products that customers would love. You and your team play an essential role in our product journey, supporting customers to shop the ranges they love. You will contribute to the achievement of the commercial strategy and key performance indicators through effective category and people leadership; establishing Joint Business Partnerships with suppliers and key stakeholders to drive scalability, efficiency, and growth.
