A leading UK-based firm is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Senior Business Development Executive to join its dynamic and forward-thinking Business Development and Marketing Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of one of the UK’s largest and most respected Real Estate divisions.

Working closely with the Real Estate Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting client acquisition, revenue generation, and marketing initiatives. You’ll help execute innovative and high-impact business development activities that align with the firm’s strategic objectives and Real Estate business plans. This role offers exposure to cross-sector collaboration and the chance to contribute to firm-wide campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of BD and marketing plans for the Real Estate division
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Create compelling client collateral including case studies, credentials, and capability statements
  • Contribute to bid responses and new business pursuits across divisions
  • Provide research and insights to support client meetings and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to produce engaging content for web and social channels
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client data
  • Coordinate e-marketing activities and support event logistics
  • Build relationships with industry bodies and referral networks
  • Assist with award submissions and directory entries
  • Contribute to ad-hoc BD projects and initiatives
