Overview

Senior Business Analyst (Banking Automation). Duration: 6 months. IR35 Status: Inside IR35. Location: Remote, with occasional travel to East Central London.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team with readiness activities for the pilot, including process review, updates, and identifying training requirements
• Document end–to–end processes and the Target Operating Model
• Plan and document the customer journey for rollout, engaging with stakeholders at each stage
• Drive process changes, gather and feed requirements for the devices, define how they will operate, and embed these processes into the new automation framework

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst
• Banking sector experience and/or familiarity with banking automation products
• Experience with Multi–Function Devices (desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, documentation, and delivery management
