• Lead end-to-end projects, from workshops to design and delivery phases.

• Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, from c-suite to developers, internally and with clients.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during all testing phases to ensure readiness for release.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis within a consultancy or public sector organization.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents and map business processes.
• Experience with Agile delivery and working within Agile teams.
• Experience in digital or application modernization projects.
• Ability to review Functional Specification Documents for alignment with Business Requirements.
• Experience on both large and small projects, responsible for defining and designing solutions.
• Understanding of technology and IT systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-experts.
