Qualifications

  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the M25.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload across commercial and residential properties.
  • Carry out detailed defect diagnosis surveys and technical reporting.
  • Prepare costed schedules of work and oversee reinstatement.
  • Deliver full contract administration including managing variations.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and client SLA/KPI requirements.
  • Work with insurers, loss adjusters, policyholders, and private clients.
  • Contribute to service delivery standards and collaborative team knowledge sharing.
