Qualifications

• Proven experience preferably PQE in a commercial consultancy.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking Building Surveyor inspections and preparing reports.
• Preparing specifications for and administering repair and refurbishment contracts.
• Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations and preparing exit strategies.
• Assisting with coordination of portfolio instructions.
