A prominent building consultancy in London is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to deliver core services in the commercial sector. This role offers a clear path for career progression into leadership, flexibility in project work, and a supportive team culture. Candidates must be MRICS-qualified with strong communication skills. The salary is between £48,000 and £62,000 with various benefits including flexible working options and professional development opportunities.
A well-established and growing Building Consultancy with a strong foothold in the commercial property sector is keen to speak with a talented Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor who’s looking to take the next step in their career. Based in London, this opportunity offers the successful Surveyor the chance to work with a diverse range of high-profile clients, alongside a collaborative team of professionals, with a clear path for progression into leadership.
With a dynamic and forward-thinking approach, my client is known for delivering outstanding results across the full spectrum of Building Surveying services. Their London team continues to go from strength to strength, providing tailored advice and strategic insight to a wide-ranging client base across the commercial property landscape.
As part of a wider multidisciplinary group, they offer employees both flexibility and variety in project work, while placing strong emphasis on professional development and internal progression. This is a firm where your ambition is supported and your potential recognised.
As the successful Surveyor or Senior Surveyor, you’ll be given the opportunity to deliver a wide range of core Building Surveying services across the commercial sector, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration, and planned preventative maintenance.
This is a client-facing role, suited to someone who is commercially minded, self-motivated, and confident managing their own workload. You’ll also be supported in developing leadership capabilities, with the option to mentor junior colleagues and take on greater responsibility within the team.
There’s also the opportunity to carve out a specialism in your preferred area—whether that’s construction monitoring, reinstatement cost assessments, or party wall and neighbourly matters—whilst continuing to grow your expertise across all core disciplines.
If you’re a Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor looking to take your career to the next level within a progressive and people-focused consultancy, please contact Chris van Aurich at Brandon James.
