A highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy is continuing its growth and success in Birmingham and is now looking to appoint a passionate and driven Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join its expanding Building Surveying team. This role comes with a clear path to progression — with the opportunity to step into a Senior Surveyor position and beyond.
The Opportunity:
Based in Birmingham, the successful candidate will join an experienced team of Building Surveyors focused on key national client accounts. This team delivers high-quality technical support across varied commercial, retail, and educational portfolios.
As the team grows, this role offers the chance to step into a leadership capacity — supporting junior colleagues, managing workloads, and playing a part in shaping the team's continued development.
