Senior Building Surveyor
Essex

Are you an experienced Senior Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career?

People Group has collaborated with a leading property and construction consultancy based in Essex. We are looking for a well‑rounded Senior Building Surveyor to join the team. The consultancy boasts over 20 Partners and has been running successfully for over 60 years. They have 5 offices across the UK delivering a range of services across the built environment. The practice has a reputable reputation and has delivered recent projects on Wembley Park, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the British Museum to name a few.

We are looking for a well‑rounded Senior Building Surveyor to join the consultancy team. You will provide a range of building surveying services across the professional and project disciplines. Work is based in Essex and surrounding home counties, programme values range from £100k - £2million.

The Role

• Defect analysis and report writing
• Dilapidations and party wall matters
• Building and due diligence surveys
• Planned preventative maintenance schedules
• Contract administration and Employers Agent roles
• Specification writing for refurbishment and maintenance projects
• Site supervision and monitoring works for quality and progress

About you
