Job summary

The position offers a salary range of £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years PQE or nearing completion of MRICS qualification.
  • Access to a vehicle and a clean driving license.

My client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice and is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our team. The role involves delivering high-quality surveying services, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our Building Surveying team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, driving business growth
  • Lead tender submissions and secure new projects
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff and graduate surveyors
  • Provide expert advice on building surveying matters
  • Prepare technical and financial reports, ensuring high-quality output
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the practice
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, RICS standards, and health & safety regulations
Requirements
  • MRICS status preferred, with minimum 3 years PQE - Or a candidatenearing the completionof the MRICS qual
  • Strong technical expertise in building surveying
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Salary - £45,00 to £60,000 (DOE)
