A global commercial real estate firm is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to provide professional consultancy services within the London Technical Due Diligence team. Successful candidates will be MRICS qualified with at least three years' experience, responsible for delivering a range of consultancy services including technical due diligence and dilapidations. The role requires strong communication and team management skills, and the ability to work with various clients and projects.
This opportunity provides a role for a Senior Surveyor level candidate. This role is for a RICS qualified surveying position within our London Technical Due Diligence team undertaking a wide range of commercially focused, professional building consultancy work for a variety of investor and corporate occupier clients within the UK and across EMEA ranging from single assets to large portfolios and platform deals.
Practice areas that are expected of the candidate include technical due diligence for investment and occupier purposes, dilapidations for both landlord and tenants, contract administration, refurbishment works and maintenance advice (PPMs).
